Investment Banking Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated Investment Banking Intern to join our M&A advisory team in Milan. The selected candidate will actively support the team in the execution of M&A and Corporate Finance transactions, gaining exposure to a broad range of sectors and deal types.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the origination and execution of mandates through financial analysis, valuation, and market research
  • Prepare marketing materials and pitchbooks
  • Conduct industry and company analyses
  • Contribute to due diligence processes and transaction documentation

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering or related fields
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Solid presentation and communication skills, with ability to effectively and clearly convey complex information
  • Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with valuation methodologies (DCF, trading and transaction multiples)
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong team spirit
  • High ambition with low ego
