Your new position as an M&A associate
At Corporate Finance International (CFI) you are more than just a cog in the wheel. From day one, you will learn on the job, teaming up with project leaders and partners as a fully-fledged project member.
Your work as a M&A Associate includes performing market analyses, drawing up financial models (LBO, Business-Plans, Financing) and information memorandums, drafting assessments and giving pitches. With dedicated financial skills and a sound feel for commerce, your interest in business makes the difference.
What do you need to be successful?
You have at least a 3 years relevant Corporate Finance experience (M&A, TAS, Valuation..). Complex strategic and operational issues trigger you. You have an analytical mind and strong modeling/mathematical skills, and you are proactive, quick-witted and accurate, as well as result-driven and authentic. You are fluent in French and English. You have strong communicative and social skills and feel at ease in corporate settings.
