Parla has sold a majority stake to Abai


São Paulo – Corporate Finance International (‘CFI’) is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Parla in its sale to Abai.

Abai Group is a Spanish company operating with customer relationship services, such as: Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), omnichannel management with high-technological value, back-office services, text & speech analytics, voice & chatbot, RPA and Big Data.

Founded in 2009, Parla is a Brazilian company specialized in omnichannel customer relationship management and Business Process Outsourcing, having its own proprietary software house.

The company provides several inbound and outbound contact center solutions from back-office and help desk to chatbot and social media.

The transaction represents the entrance of Abai in Brazil, and it was based on the technological DNA that both companies have providing consumer relationship services and delivering customized end-to-end solutions with high added value. Combined, the companies will operate with more than 6,000 professionals, having many blue-chip clients in the portfolio, such as Volkswagen, Telefónica, Bosch, BNP Paribas, Santander and AON.

CFI Brasil orchestrated the discussions between Abai and Parla during a process that ultimately resulted in the successful sale to Abai.
