CFI appoints Kevin Driesen, Martijn Liem and Pieter de Vries as Partners in the Benelux M&A practice

Corporate Finance International (“CFI”) has appointed Kevin Driesen, Martijn Liem and Pieter de Vries as Partners in the Benelux M&A practice. The international M&A boutique strengthens its currently counting Partner group to eight Partners.

The company has grown strongly in recent years, hence the contribution of the three new partners. CFI, with 250 employees active in 22 offices in 18 countries, has been able to lead many great M&A transactions in 2020 with its specialised proposition in the midmarket, both worldwide and in the Benelux.

Pieter de Vries started at CFI in June 2012 and specialises in Business Services and Software & IT Services. Martijn Liem has been working at CFI since January 2011 within the Business Services and Industrial Services sector teams. Kevin Driesen, after starting his career at CFI and a subsequent intermediate step as M&A manager in the international automotive industry, returned to CFI in 2018 and focuses on the Industrial Services sector.

“We are very proud that the three gentlemen are the product of our own internal training. They all started their careers at CFI some time ago and are now giving substance to the further international cooperation and expansion of the entire CFI Group”, says Roel ter Steeg, together with Raoul Duysens Managing Partner at CFI. “After Robert Claassen already joined the group of Partners (from outside the company) last year, the appointment of these three gentlemen is proof that our growth system works well”, says Raoul Duysens. “The future of CFI in the Benelux is thus once again strengthened and secured for the long term”.
