Optimind has acquired ALTIAD
Paris – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Optimind in its acquisition of Risk Management practice Altiad.
Optimind is an independent consulting company that supports insurers, banks and large companies in targeting opportunities to increase their performance.
Founded in 2007, Altiad is a Financial Consulting company offering high level services for Buy Side and Sell Side financial institutions. Its main fields of expertise are finance, accounting, risk, organization and financial markets (Front to Back, Accounting and Risk).
With the integration of Altiad in its Risk Management Practice, Optimind strengthens its one stop shop approach with a team of 75 expert professionals, able to support its clients throughout the whole value chain: Consulting, Project Management and Integration on 4 main pillars: Risk & Controls, Compliance, Information Systems and Data & Cyber.
With this sixth transaction, following ESOFAC in January 2020, R&B Partners and 2J Associés in March 2021, Agora Partners in September 2021, and EOSA in October 2021, Optimind is pursuing its strategy initiated after having raised 25M€ with Ardian in 2019.
