CFI UK acted as lead advisor to Outsource on its acquisition of Recruitment Zone


Cardiff – CFI UK is pleased to announce that they acted as lead advisor to Outsource on its acquisition of Recruitment Zone. The transaction will create a group with revenues in excess of £100 million, providing contract and permanent recruitment solutions to a blue-chip client base.

Outsource UK is one of the country’s largest independent recruitment companies. It specialises in supplying highly-skilled technology, change and engineering staff to clients across many sectors including financial services, defence, engineering, cyber security, logistics & supply chain and the public sector. Founded in 1991 Outsource UK has grown to become one of the country’s leading independent recruitment businesses, now with five offices across the UK (Birmingham, Manchester, London, Stoke-on-Trent, Swindon) and employing 80 people.

Recruitment Zone was founded in 1998 by David Bedford, Andy Barton and Lisa Kwiecinska and provides complete staffing solutions within the finance, IT, digital, oil and gas and engineering sectors. It operates from offices in Edinburgh and Bolton and serves a wide range of blue-chip clients.

The transaction closed on 3 April 2019.
