The Rider Firm has raised funds from Santander to grow its business in the UK and US
Cardiff – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to the Rider Firm on its acquisition of a funding package from Santander UK to expand its business.
The Rider Firm specialises in the design, engineering, marketing and sale of high-end bicycles and bicycles components. It was founded by Peter and Tom Marchment in 2013, both dedicated enthusiasts themselves. The company has built a reputation for creating performance products that are predominantly focused on the active cycling enthusiast and the competing cycling athlete sectors.
The company has created 4 distinct brands – HUNT Bike wheels (road, gravel and MTB performance wheels), Cairn Cycles (electric power assisted adventure and transport bikes), Privateer Bikes (performance mountain bikes) and Dissent 133 (layered cycling glove).
