M&A Analyst

Your work as an M&A Analyst includes performing market research and analyses, drawing up commercial and financial information memorandums, drafting assessments, and participating in pitch preparation and execution. You will be involved in all aspects of M&A advisory work in several sectors of activity.

You will be involved in ongoing projects and actively liaise with project parties, meeting and being in direct contact with clients. With dedicated financial skills and a sound feel for commerce, your eagerness to be involved on a deal from top-to-toe is what makes the difference.

You will be an excellent fit for this role, if:

• You have demonstrable affinity with finance and the financial sector
• You finished your Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Management and/or you are completing your master’s degree in the same field, and have decided to move into M&A
• You are fluent in Portuguese and English and preferably a resident in (or considering moving to) Cascais (Lisbon) area
• You have an analytical mind and strong mathematical skills
• Complex strategic and operational issues trigger you
• You are proactive, quick-witted and accurate, as well as result-driven
• You have strong communicative and social skills and look forward to starting your career in a corporate setting
• And last but not least, you are a team player with a good sense of humour
