TMG International, a portfolio company of Next Capital Partners, has been sold to Prima Meat Packers
Tokyo – CFI is pleased to announce that they provided exclusive financial advisory work related to the sale of the shares of TMG International by Next Capital Partners to Prima Meat Packers.
Next Capital Partners is a private equity firm that contributes skills, experience and capital to help revive and build value in businesses facing challenges, in close relationship with company management. Their portfolio company, TMG International, is a gourmet meat company that offers delivery to both individual and wholesale customers.
The buyer, Prima Meat Packers, is principally engaged in the production and sale of meat products and processed products, The Company operates in two business segments. The Processed Food Business Division segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of processed foods, the supply of side dishes, the sale of hams and sausages and other related products, as well as the provision of cleaning services. The Meat Business Division segment is engaged in beef production and related business, as well as the processing and logistics of meat.
