Viskan System AB has been sold to Visma
Gothenburg – Corporate Finance International (’CFI’) is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor in the sale of Viskan System AB to Visma.
Viskan offers a cloud-based e-commerce platform with support for omni-channel commerce and subscription sales. The company was founded in 1997 and has acquired customers such as Lager 157, Apoteket, Oscar Jacobson, MQ among others. The company has approx. 55 employees and a turnover of approx. SEK 60 million with strong growth and profitability.
Visma offers software and services that simplify, digitize and streamline business processes in the private and public sector. The Group operates in the Nordic countries, Benelux, Central Europe and Eastern Europe. With more than 12,500 employees, 1,000,000 customer contracts and a revenue of EUR 1,741 million in 2020, the Group is one of the leading software companies in Europe.
The transaction closed on 6 April 2021.
