Specter AB has been sold to Visma A/S
Gothenburg – CFI Sweden is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor and project manager to Specter AB on its sale to Visma.
The acquisition supports Visma’s strategy to deliver the best cloud and e-commerce solutions to SMBs in the Nordics. Visma will boost Specter’s value proposition to customers with additional relevant products and services.
Visma offers software and services that simplify, digitize and streamline business processes in the private and public sector. The Group operates in the Nordic countries, Benelux, Central Europe and Eastern Europe. With more than 11,000 employees, 1,000,000 customer contracts and a revenue of EUR 1,526 million in 2019, the Group is one of the leading software companies in Europe.
With its cloud-based business system, Specter streamlines everyday life for over a thousand companies in e-commerce, retail and B2B. Integrations are found with the market’s most popular e-commerce platforms, payment providers and logistics solutions. The company has approx. 30 employees and a revenue of approx. SEK 31 million with stable growth.
The transaction closed on 1 April 2020.
