Stato, a Brazilian outplacement firm, has sold 100% of its shares to GI, an Italian group


São Paulo – CFI Brazil is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to STATO in its sale to GI Group.

Gi Group, a global staffing provider based in Milan, Italy, was founded in in 1998 and started its operation in Brazil in 2008.

The group has a direct presence in 30 countries with more than 6,000 employees. In 2021 they reached a turnover of EUR 3.3 billion, which makes it the 5th largest European recruitment firm and 16th worldwide, according to the ranking of SIA – Staffing Industry Analysts.

Stato is an outplacement, executive search and consulting firm based in São Paulo, Brazil, and has been operating throughout the country since 1990 with its own team of specialised consultants and local partners.

Abroad, it has connections in 102 countries through the Career Star Group global network, of which it is a founding partner along with other players in the segment.
