Profile

Yisong Dong has more than 10 years’ experience in the areas of corporate finance and M&A. In particular, he is specialized in advising cross-borders M&A deals between China and EU in the consumer, industrials and business services sectors.

Before joining CFI, he was General Manager at the Chinese subsidiary of German Privatbank Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe in Shanghai, responsible for HAL Privatbank’s corporate finance business in China.

He holds a Master degree in Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
