AgenSynd has been acquired by SANNE Group

Madrid – CFI Spain is pleased to announce it acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to AgenSynd on its sale to SANNE Group.

SANNE is a leading global provider of alternative asset and corporate services. The business provides fund administration, independent management company services, corporate services and private client services focusing on asset classes such as Private Debt, Real Estate, Private Equity, Capital Markets and Hedge funds. The company administers structures and funds that have in excess of GBP 200 billion of assets. SANNE is listed in the London Stock Exchange and employs more than 1,300 people worldwide.

Founded in 2012, Agensynd provides agency services to more than 100 institutional clients, mainly financial entities and debt funds, managing more than 150 transactions.

The transaction closed on 3 September 2018.
