Budapest – CFI Hungary acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to VPP Group on the sale of their flagship company VPP Magyarország Zrt. to VPP Project Kft., an SPV owned by a Hungarian private investor.
VPP Magyarország Zrt. is the flagship company of VPP Group (www.vpp.hu), which provides integrated energy solutions including solar power plants, cogeneration power plants and virtual power plant solutions.

CFI Hungary was hired to serve as VPP Group’s exclusive corporate finance advisor. CFI Hungary has managed the M&A process and also worked on the refinancing of VPP Group paralel to the process.
