Domaines CGR has been acquired by Yofoto三生
Shanghai – CFI is pleased to announce it acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Domaines CGR for its sale to Yofoto三生.
Domaines CGR was formerly Lafite-Rothschild’s vineyard for nearly 40 years, until the family Charloux took over the three domains in the 1990’s. More than 20 years passed by, but now the Huang family is delighted to be able to continue to work on this broad and magical field, to pursue the same dream as all the vignerons: to make excellent wines.
Funshare Life Group belongs to the Huang family, who operates wine merchant activities and owns a winery in Bordeaux area, as well as the Yofoto Group in China.
