SM Pack is an Italian excellence in the field of the transformation of tubular glass for the production of ampoules, bottles and samples for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry.
SM PACK S.p.A. was born from the merge of Soffieria Mezzadri and ViMePack, two private companies that were deeply engaged in pharmaceutical, chemical, healthcare, and food packaging. The core business is the manufacturing of borosilicate tubular type I glass.
Italy-based private equity firm that seeks to invest in Italian small and midsized businesses, in its first operation, through the EC I fund, in co-investment with Capital Dynamics, an alternative asset management giant based in Switzerland.
