Milan – CFI Italy is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor to Asco Filtri S.p.A. when the capital of the company was acquired by AF S.r.l., a vehicle controlled by the Club Deal AF S.r.l. of which Red-Fish Kapital holds the majority.
Red-Fish Kapital Spa is a capital company set up in 2012 with the initial aim of continuing the investment activity of the holding Evolution Investments Spa (Fondo RFK I), the company that was founded in 2007 by a group of entrepreneurs including Paolo Arkios Italy, a boutique of advisory in M&A operations as well as professor at the Politecnico di Milano and at the University of Genoa.
Asco Filtri is a company that designs and manufactures filtration solutions for a wide range of markets. The company, mainly active in the Oil & Gas sector, is one of the main Italian players with a high international presence.
