Malte Jantz ist seit 2005 bei CFI Schweiz tätig, wo er Geschäftsführer des M&A-Teams ist. Malte hat Kunden erfolgreich bei verschiedenen Transaktionen beraten, sowohl bei Buy- als auch bei Sell-Side-Beratungsaufträgen. Die Mehrheit seiner Transaktionen fand im Bereich der (Spezial-)Chemie statt, in dem er umfangreiche Kenntnisse und Beziehungen aufgebaut hat. Darüber hinaus verfügt Malte über Erfahrung in den Bereichen Zerspanung, Facility Management und Medizinprodukte. Zu den Transaktionen gehören sowohl Private-to-Corporate- auch Carve-Out-Transaktionen von Großunternehmen. Er hat zudem einen Hintergrund im Restrukturierungs- und Turnaround-Management.
