Zeochem, the Chemistry Division of CPH Group, has acquired Sorbead India and Swambe Chemicals
Zurich – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Zeochem AG in its acquisition of Sorbead India and Swambe Chemicals.
Zeochem, the Chemistry Division of CPH Chemie + Papier Holding AG, develops, produces and distributes a comprehensive range of molecular sieves, specialty zeolites, chromatography gels and deuterated products worldwide.
Sorbead India produces desiccant and adsorbent products for packaging, helping protect goods from moisture damage, maintain product quality, prevent corrosion, mildew, mold, rust, and fungus. Founded in 1996, they collaborate with a wide range of industries to provide intelligent solutions to complex moisture problems.
Swambe Chemicals specialise in providing a broad and diversified spectrum of silica gels as true Desiccants & Adsorbents.
The purchase of the India-based distributor of molecular sieves and packaging materials and manufacturer of chromatography gels marks a further step in the CPH Group’s expansion strategy.
