Ning behaalde een master in natuurkunde en economie aan de Universiteit van Illinois en een bachelor in natuurkunde aan de Universiteit van Peking. Na te hebben gewerkt als Transaction Director bij DaVita Healthcare Partners, trad Ning toe tot Freitag & Co. GmbH en coördineerde haar China-initiatieven en activiteiten.
Ning heeft meer dan 10 jaar ervaring in grensoverschrijdende fusies en overnames op het gebied van precisiemachines, gezondheidszorg, auto’s en energie en hulpbronnen. Geserveerde transacties voor blue-chip klanten, evenals mid-cap ondernemers in China en Zuidoost-Azië.
