Shanghai-based company KeBoDa has acquired EMS manufacturer IMI Czech Republic
Paris – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to KeBoDa Technology in its acquisition of IMICZ, a Czech based EMS manufacture.
KeBoDa is a leading automobile electronic supplier with a global footprint. It operates through 12 subsidiaries and has successfully integrated into the high-end industrial supply chain of global automotive electronics.
IMI Czech Republic manufactures EMS for automobile and industrial applications, providing electronics parts to leading European and US OEMs via Tier1 and/or Tier2 suppliers.
Its parent company, Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (IMI) is the electronics manufacturing subsidiary of Ayala Corporation, and a specialist in highly reliable and quality electronics for the automotive, industrial, power electronics, communications, and medical industries.
Through this measure, Keboda has successfully expanded its production capacity to the European market, enabling it to better serve European customers and achieve local for local product delivery.
