Ning holds master’s degree in Physics and Economics from University of Illinois, and a bachelor degree in Physics from Peking University. After working as a Transaction Director with DaVita Healthcare Partners, Ning joined Freitag & Co. GmbH coordinating its China initiatives and activities.
Ning has more than 10 years’ experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions in precision machinery, healthcare, automobile, and energy & resources. Served transactions for blue chips clients, as well as mid-cap entrepreneurs across China and Southeast Asia.
