Ownership and Governance

Ownership

Each country team is a shareholder in the Corporate Finance International B.V. (‘CFI’) entity. All country teams are individually owned and operated by management with joint ownership from CFI. This arrangement allows CFI to be free of the usual conflicts of interest that routinely impair large financial institutions. CFI also has a dominating presence in relevant geographies where many organisations lack comparable scale.

Governance

CFI is managed by an international board, which currently consists of five people who are supported by a strong business development team.

The Board reports to the shareholders on a quarterly basis.

CFI has no institutional investors, which guarantees absolute independence and undivided focus on long-term growth.
