CFI Netherlands publishes the annual list of the 100 most powerful Software & IT companies

Corporate Finance International (‘CFI’) is pleased to announce the Computable100 2018. As a dedicated M&A specialist, CFI closely monitors the Software & IT Services sector. Every year CFI compiles a list of the 100 most powerful Software & IT companies, together with specialist magazine Computable. The top100 is accompanied by an article, providing analysis and vision on current trends and merger and acquisition dynamics within the sector.

According to Pieter de Vries, Vice President at CFI, the top performing companies in the list have profitable business models and ample growth opportunities coupled with long-term client contracts, which makes them attractive for Private Equity.
