Manufacturing and Industrials M&A Pulse H1 2019

This report provides analyses and views on the M&A dynamics within the Manufacturing & Industrials sectors, more specifically in the Benelux. In total, 223 local deals were observed, with robust cross-border activity, especially in Paper, Plastics & Packaging. Local Manufacturing & Industrials valuation improved due to the increased profitability, in line with the international subsectors’ strong stock performance driven by improved outlook, as economic tailwinds are expected to continue.
