Paolo Cusmano Joins CFI Italy as Partner

September 2025 – CFI Italy is pleased to announce that Paolo Cusmano has joined CFI Italy.

Paolo is a senior investment banker who brings with him extensive international experience in Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, and Private Equity transactions, having worked between London and Milan and in senior roles at institutions such as IMI Group, Barclays Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Daiwa Securities, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Quadrivio SGR and Mitfin. He holds a degree in Economics from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.

At CFI Italy, Paolo will join as Partner based in Milan, with the goal of contributing to the company’s growth strategy within the wider CFI Group.
