Agroquímica Codiagro has sold a majority share to SAS Group
Madrid – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Agroquímica Codiagro in its sale of a majority share to SAS Group, backed by Stirling Square Capital Partners.
Agroquímica Codiagro is a distinguished Spanish provider of biostimulants, nutrient correctors, and other specialty plant nutrition solutions for the agricultural sector. Based in Vall d’Alba, Castellón, they market their products in more than 30 countries around the world, helping in increasing crop yields by focusing on plant physiology-based solutions.
Sustainable Agro Solutions (SAS Group) is a leading developer and producer of biostimulants, soil conditioners, defence activators, and other specialty plant nutrition solutions serving the agricultural sector. With this acquisition, they expand their facilities to meet growing customer demand.
