Achraf began his career as an M&A analyst intern at Vulcain before joining Saphir Capital Partners as an M&A analyst. He then joined Corporate Finance International (CFI), where he advised SMEs, mid-sized companies, and investment funds on mergers & acquisitions, fundraising, and capital restructuring transactions. In 2025, he was promoted to Vice President, contributing to the development of CFI France’s Consumer Goods & Retail and Transport & Logistics practice.
He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
