Amaya brings an extensive 25-year of professional experience. Since 2011, she has been dedicated to providing Financial Advisory Services in Mergers and Acquisitions, Financing, Capital Raising and Refinancing, with a particular focus on the mid-market segment and cross-border transactions. Her previous professional career was rooted in the realm of Investments focusing on Infrastructure, Public Service Concessions, and various Public Private Partnerships initiatives (PPP) for multinationals such as Ferrovial Group.
Amaya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Furthermore, she has enriched her educational background with an MBA and a Master’s in Finance from IE Business School, along with completing an Advanced Management Program (AMP) at ESADE Business School. This comprehensive education provides her with a well-rounded perspective specially in Transactions linked to more complex industries or technological industries.
