Emmanuel Gros

Emmanuel Gros is the co-founder of B&A Investment Bankers, the French leading boutique investment bank that was acquired by The CFI Group in May 2023.

Living in China since 2002, Emmanuel co-founded B&A in 2012. B&A has become the French leading Mergers & Acquisitions advisory firm for operations between France and China. Emmanuel has recently led the transactions in China of FM Logistic, Pierre & Vacances, Bel Group, Engie, Saint Gobain, Mars Group, Française des Jeux, Impala and many more..

Prior to creating B&A, Emmanuel was Asia’s managing director of the Gevelot Group, a French listed industrial company that he has transformed into a world leading heavy equipment manufacturer.  

Emmanuel started his career at the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry as a commercial and economic advisor in Asia.

Emmanuel is also the Vice-President of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a Foreign Trade Advisor (CCE). In 2018, he has been nominated as a Young Leader at the France China Foundation.

He is graduated from Essec and Harvard University.
