Joe graduated from Cardiff University Business School with a first class honours in Economics and Management. He won the Sir Julian Hodge prize for being the best student for two consecutive years.
Following a brief period in investment management, he qualified as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant with Bishop Fleming. On qualification he specialised in corporate finance and has extensive experience on transactions up to £250 million EV.
His sector experience includes Industrials, Food & Consumer, Software & IT Services, Financial Services, Property and Construction and Business Services. He has advised entrepreneurs, privately and publicly owned corporates and private equity funds on company disposals, management buy-outs, acquisitions, fund-raisings and M&A strategy.
