Naomichi Nosaka worked in corporate finance at an IT services company from 2003, before moving to structured finance and syndicated loan formation at MUFG Bank, Ltd. in 2006.
He has been consistently engaged in M&A advisory services at the Singapore branch and Tokyo headquarters of MUFG Bank, Ltd. from 2011, and at a U.S.-based M&A boutique from 2021. He joined Frontier Management Inc. in 2025.
