Tsuyoshi Yamada joined Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. in 1999. He consistently worked in the investment banking sector since 2002, covering major companies in Japan and overseas in the machinery, automobile, electronics, precision machinery and semiconductor sectors, as well as providing various solutions such as advisory services for domestic and international M&A deals, underwriting finance, and consulting on increasing corporate value. For three years starting in 2019, he was based in the UK, where he worked as a managing director in charge of developing cross-border M&A deals. He has been involved in many projects from the development stage for both In-Out and Out-In projects. Joined Frontier Management Inc. in 2025.
