3VA-Säkrare AB has been acquired by Uniwater
Stockholm – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to 3VA-Säkrare AB in its acquisition by Uniwater.
3VA is a leading provider of pressure testing and quality assurance services for water and wastewater infrastructure, headquartered in Huddinge, just outside Stockholm. Founded in 1990, the company has since established a strong and unique position within a socially critical niche. In addition to pressure testing, 3VA offers complementary services such as the repair of wells and separators, as well as flushing, inspection video, and leak detection. These services are primarily delivered by subcontractors. The company’s customers are mainly active within the construction and civil engineering sector, with municipalities serving as the end customers.
Uniwater is the leading group of water infrastructure specialists in the Nordic region. Through its subsidiaries, Uniwater provides comprehensive water and wastewater solutions to the Nordic market. The Group employs approximately 650 people and generates revenues of around SEK 2.2 billion.
Uniwater conducts operations in the business areas Treatment, Flow and Solutions. The group consists of 24 small and medium-sized companies operating across Northern Europe. Uniwater is owned by Nalka.
