Arena Interactive has been acquired by Keskisuomalainen Oyj
Helsinki – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Arena Interactive in its acquisition by Keskisuomalainen Oyj.
Arena Interactive is a Finnish Software & IT Services company specializing in digital customer interaction and multichannel communication. Its SmartDialog platform combines messaging, customer experience measurement and deep integrations with leading CRM systems, enabling enterprises to activate customers through channels such as SMS and WhatsApp and to measure the impact on sales and customer experience. Arena Interactive Oy’s revenue in 2025 amounted to EUR 4.9 million.
Keskisuomalainen is a Finnish listed media group with a portfolio of approximately 100 media brands. In addition to its core media operations, the group provides digital out‑of‑home advertising as well as marketing communications, research, printing and distribution services.
The group employs around 5,000 professionals across various disciplines and is listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange. Through its printed and digital publications, digital out‑of‑home advertising and radio operations, Keskisuomalainen reaches more than 3 million people in Finland.
