Asia Exchange and Edunation have been acquired by Keystone Education Group
Helsinki – CFI is pleased to announce that it has as acted as exclusive advisor on the sale of Asia Exchange and Edunation to Keystone Education Group (backed by Verdane and Viking Venture).
Asia Exchange, the world’s most “international” study abroad provider, has helped 10,000 students from 115 different countries to study at universities in unique destinations such as South Korea, Bali Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Costa Rica, and Mexico. Edunation focuses on expanding global access to Finnish education, cooperating with Finnish universities and colleges to provide degree programs, top-ups, language training and pathways for more than 1000 students every year.
The acquirer, Keystone, is trusted by more than 120 million students annually, helping them pursue higher education. In turn, Keystone helps over 5500 education institutions reach, recruit, and enroll prospective students in more than 190 countries across 500+ student websites.
