Atlas NextWave has been sold to Avedon Capital Partners
Amsterdam – CFI is pleased to announce that it has acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to the shareholders of Atlas NextWave, including majority shareholder HAL Investments (“HAL”), in its sale to Avedon Capital Partners (“Avedon Capital”).

About the transaction
The transaction follows HAL’s long-term involvement in Atlas NextWave since 2011 and represents the transfer of ownership to Avedon Capital.
CFI’s role in the process
CFI acted as exclusive corporate finance advisor to the shareholders on the sale of Atlas NextWave to Avedon Capital, supporting throughout the entire transaction process, including preparation and positioning of the business, engaging with potential buyers, and advising on the structuring and negotiation of key commercial terms. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals, and is expected to close in the coming months.
