Avanca attracts new investor
CFI Netherlands (“CFI”) is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to Avanca International B.V. (“Avanca” or the “Company”), a leading tech lifestyle accessories company, in attracting a new minority investor in order to facilitate the Company’s ambitious growth plan.
Avanca, founded in 2008 by CEO Mr Tim Haaksma and known by the mobile lifestyle brands AVANCA®, SINJI® and its newly launched smart home brand HOMBLI®, was an earlier winner of the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA (Hardware), Red Dot Design Award, as well as the European Business Awards 2016 and 2017.
Avanca stands out as the global, award-winning mobile lifestyle company that designs and produces innovative accessories. Additionally, it is recognized for its digital marketing and ecommerce expertise, as Avanca sells the vast majority of its products through the digital market space.
