Bellsystem24 Hoa Sao has sold a majority share to Bellsystem24
Tokyo – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Bellsystem24 Hoa Sao in its sale of a majority share to Bellsystem24.
Bellsystem24 Hoa Sao is a BPO enterprise that has supported numerous large Vietnamese companies, as well as international ones. With 12 branches across Vietnam and a staff of up to 4,000 people, Bellsystem24 Hoa Sao is a trusted provider of human resources, training and recruitment activities, and technology support.
The buyer, Bellsystem24, is the Japanese leader in call centre and BPO services, with more than 40 years of experience and over 30,000 employees that provide support to clients both inside and outside the Japanese market.
Bellsystem24 previously purchased a minority share in Bellsystem24 Hoa Sao in 2017, and with this acquisition purchase achieve a majority share in the company.
This transaction closed on 31 March 2023.
