Canmer Data joins the newly established Nordic IT Group
Gothenburg – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisors and project managers to Canmer Data in connection with the sale on behalf of the sales staff to Nordic IT Group.
Located in Gothenburg, Canmer Data is an IT-partner helping small and medium-sized companies to take overall responsibility for the IT environment, regardless of whether it is in the cloud or locally. Based on support and strategic advice, Canmer ensures that each user has the right tools to carry out their work.
Nordic IT Group is a Swedish group of companies that provides IT solutions for small and medium-sized companies. The group was formed and is majority-owned by Capillar Equity, whose ambition is to create a competitive national challenger in SME IT operations with regionally led companies. The group currently has approximately 210 employees and a total turnover of SEK 500 million.
Together, the group creates a stronger offer for both customers and employees.
