Careflex Zorg Groep has been sold to Bolster Investment Partners
Amsterdam – CFI Netherlands is pleased to announce it acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to the shareholders of Careflex Zorg Groep (‘Careflex’ or the ‘Company’) in the sale to Bolster Investment Partners.
With close to 400 employees, Careflex is the largest independent external healthcare provider for complex care with a proven and distinct Business Process Outsourcing (‘BPO’) proposition in the Benelux. The Company provides healthcare professionals to clients in e.g. the mental care, disabled care and juvenile care segments. These professionals provide care under the direction and supervision of Careflex. In addition to being a healthcare provider Careflex also provides specialised secondment of high-end healthcare professionals.

CFI Netherlands initiated discussions and negotiations in a process that ultimately resulted in a successful transaction with Bolster Investment Partners. The transaction was closed on 23 November 2018.
