CFI advised Maag Grupp on its acquisition of Tere

Tallinn – CFI Estonia acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to Maag Grupp AS on the acquisition of Tere AS.

Maag Grupp AS is a leading Estonian food processing company. The company owns production, storage, and distribution companies in the Estonian meat and dairy products market. The company has subsidiary locations in Germany and Poland. Maag Grupp AS was founded in 1996 and is based in Tartu, Estonia with representative offices in Latvia, Lithuania, and Denmark.

Tere AS is a modern sales and production company with a wide but efficient product portfolio, having developed from a dairy processor into a well-organised innovative company. The company was founded in 1893 and is based in Tallinn, Estonia.

The transaction closed in July 2017.
