CFI advised Mopac modern Packaging on its sale to a private investor
Zurich – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as the exclusive sell-side corporate finance advisor to Mopac modern Packaging AG (‘Mopac’), a manufacturer of specialty packaging products for the food and med-tech industry, to private investor and entrepreneur Hans-Ulrich Müller, owner of newly founded Mopac Wasen AG.
The transaction closed on 9 December 2016.
