Founded in 2004, Neocontrol sells and manufactures automation products for houses, buidings and hotels.
Somfy manufactures and sells automatic controls of openings and closures for homes and buildings. It is headquartered in Cluses, France and operates in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas.
CFI acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to Neocontrol in the sale to Somfy.
