Paris – CFI France acted as the exclusive financial advisor to SIS Group on the refinancing of its real estate provided by BNP PARIBAS.
SIS Group is a family-owned group founded by Philippe Austruy that holds and manages Clinics, Retirement homes, Childcare centers, Vineyards and Restaurants. The group generated 85 M€ of revenues in 2015 and holds a portfolio of real estate holdings and investments worth around €400 million.
CFI France advised the SIS Group to refinance its real estate for a total amount of €57 million with BNP PARIBAS.
