Escape Travel Group is one of the largest Tour operators in the Nordics, focusing on arranged trips with scheduled flights. Escape is owned by Braganza, a Norwegian investment company.
Prima Travel is a Tour operator, specializing in arranging hiking and bicycle trips. Prima is the market leader in its niche in Sweden and has, since 1986, organized trips from the Nordics.
The transaction closed on 8 March 2019.
