Conexio Corporation, a subsidiary of ITOCHU Corporation, has been acquired by NOJIMA Corporation
Tokyo – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Conexio Corporation, a subsidiary of ITOCHU Corporation, in its acquisition by NOJIMA Corporation.
With a head office in Minato-ku, Tokyo, Conexio Corporation wholesales mobile equipment to outlets, as well as operates mobile service retail stores. With over 20 years of industry experience and over 5,000 employees, Conexio aims to drive the growth of the smartphone market.
The acquirer, NOJIMA Corporation, was founded by Kinuyo Nojima in April 1962 and is headquartered in Yokohama, Japan. They sell a wide range of IT products, including personal computers and software as well as providing broadband connections and electronic home goods.
