CQ Diesel Fitting services mobile equipment and fixed plant for the mining, construction, transport and process industries.
Waterson Diesel has over 20 years’ experience in the heavy earthmoving industry starting off as a diesel fitting firm in 1999, branching into transport and dry hire of machinery.
The owners of CQ Diesel Fitting engaged DMA to facilitate the sale of their business to compatible strategic partners. The process concluded in a transaction with another locally based operator, Waterson Diesel. Strong interest was expressed from a range of strategic operators. Waterson Diesel provided the most compatible and smoothest outcome among a quality lineup of interested parties.
