Brisbane – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to CRE Solutions in their sale to SCT Logistics.
CRE Solutions provides freight forwarding services via road, rail, air and sea within Tasmania and throughout mainland Australia.
SCT Logistics is a national, multi-modal transport and logistics company.
The owners of CRE Solutions engaged CFI Australia to facilitate the sale of their business to compatible strategic partners. The process concluded in a transaction with a national operator, SCT Logistics. Strong interest was expressed from a range of strategic operators. SCT Logistics provided the most compatible and smoothest outcome among a quality lineup of interested parties.
